The purpose of the following paper is to illustrate different leadership styles have different effects on a company, as an example of Microsoft and an analysis on how managers change management.

...My leadership style is that of a consensus leader. I have been fortunate over my career to work with people with whom I have shared a desire to reach common goals. In order to be an effective consensus leader it is imperative that there is a strong foundation of communication among the group.
