Sir Richard Branson, founder and chairman of a company known as Virgin Group Ltd, which is one of the world’s most recognized brands. Sir Richard Branson is one of the world’s most successful entrepreneurial business leaders. He’s known for having passion, courage, and is very driven ( Branson likes to start out small and share the risk with other investors. Being a leader you have to understand the importance of the type of business you are in and the competition your company may face ( Branson as I see is very aware and has insight into situations. Branson has the four traits of being a very successful leader.
• Intelligence, successful leaders tend to have somewhat higher intelligence than their subordinates.
• Maturity and breadth, successful leaders tend to be emotionally mature and have a broad range of interests.
• Achievement drive, successful leaders are results oriented, when they achieve one goal, they seek another.
• Integrity, successful leaders, over the long term, usually has integrity. When individuals in leadership positions state one set of values but practice another set (Organizational Behavior 2011).
Being an effective leader in the United States today, you must be well organized and have time for your organization. A successful leader makes an effort to learn and practice skills. Branson has the effectiveness of being a good leader in the United States today based off his knowledge, skills, communication, and vision for his company. Branson helps others and his company achieve the goals they he set for them to accomplish. He influences his employees and motivates them to get the job done.

Love, lust, loyalty, deceit, trust, courage, virtue, and righteousness are most of the themes within the poem. The unknown author also consciously wrote in an old-fashioned style. The author is usually referred to as the Gawain poet or the Pearl poet. Three poems were included with Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. "Pearl", "Patience", and "Purity" were all with Sir Gawain and the Green Knight in the same manuscript. ...The final element represented in the story is chivalry. Throughout the story Sir Gawain’s chivalry is constantly being tested. The ideals of chivalry come from the Christian concept of morality. When Sir Gawain sets off on his journey his morality is tested at the castle. He agrees to give the lord whatever he wins but his morality fails him and he does not live up to his word. He was tempted by the lord’s beautiful young wife and succumbed to her. However, it wasn’t just that he was kissing the lord’s wife but he also kept the green girdle from the lord, going against their agreement. “When the lord returns from the hunt, Gawain gives him the kisses but keeps the sash a secret.” Although Gawain was un-chivalrous in kissing his wife he still maintained some morality by not sleeping with her. Sir Gawain now posses the magical green sash and also a guilty conscience, though he is able to redeem his earlier actions by confessing to the Green Knight, who was lord of the castle. Sir Gawain shows this time that he is truly chivalrous by admitting his wrongdoings; he has regained his sense of morality, and asks for the knight’s forgiveness. “I can’t deny my guilt; / My works shine none too fair! / Give me your good will / And henceforth I’ll beware” (256-259). From this Gawain learns that he is just a physical being who is concerned above all else with his own life. Sir Gawain, King Author’s knight is known as the noblest and more willing to face death for King Author and he inspires young knights. Throughout his trials in his journey to the Green Chapel, Sir Gawain’s actions give valuable lessons to young knights. In his quest, Sir Gawain demonstrates his knightly virtues such as, bravery, courtesy, and honesty. First, Sir Gawain shows bravery during the New Year’s feast in “Sir Gawain and the Green Knight.” During the feast the Green Knight enters the court and offers all the knights in the court to a play a game. The game is he will allow one knight that accepts the challenge one swing, with an ax to try and cut off his head, but in order to play the knight must agree to meet him one year later at the green chapel if he fails to chop off his head for his chance to swing at the knight. ...To Sir with Love “ To Sir With Love” In the film, “To Sir With Love,” various human characteristics are brought to light, of these, the idea or notion that humans are able to adapt and change their way of thinking, seems to be portrayed well throughout the movie. The movie highlights the experiences of an African teacher working in a London school. The lead actor, Mack Thackeray, struggles to win the respect and affection of his rebellious working class senior students in a run down east side London School. The film depicts the challenges seen by both the teacher and his students that ultimately result in their collaboration to change their ways of thinking about each other and establish that cordial relationship between a leader and his students. To start off, Mark Thackeray also known as “Sir” does not really want to be a teacher; he sees the job as a temporary placement that puts food on the his table and clothes on his back, while he searches for a more lucrative position within the Engineering field for which he has been trained. ...To Sir with Love To Sir with Love written by Rick Braithwaite is an interesting and adventurous novel which follows the writer himself, a fully qualified teacher in the hunt for a successful job in London. Throughout his life he has been faced with racism because of his skin colour and because of this he has no luck in finding a job. He is then accepted into a teaching job in the East of London which consists of a class of adolescents from a low-income community and is then hit with a crisis within the school that includes the students which erupts into a turning point. With this being Mr Braithwaite’s first job since the navy he was very eager and positive so start his first day there but his first encounter with the students gave him a straight perception of them. Walking through the forecourt he encounters bad language being spoken from one of the students: “Move out the bloody way”. He is shocked to hear such bad language come from the students within the school grounds. Later on that day he is again struck by shock when he enters the classroom and no one paid attention to his entrance. This gives us a sense of the children’s social background as they clearly haven’t been taught manners or even respect from their own parents. Further on in the novel, Mr Braithwaite tries his best to interact with the students but basically there not up for it. On the plus side they do listen to him but show no enthusiasm towards the work. ...Dr. Edward Ricardo Braithwaite's story, " To   Sir ,  with   love " is a story about a teacher who begins teaching at a reform school in London. The author bases the main plot of the story on his own life when he was a teacher in a rough section of London. The plot and characters are believable throughout the story, their actions show them as normal students who rebel for different reasons, much like students do in the United States today. Braithwaite kept the story believable and interesting. The students at the reform school had been kicked out of their other schools due to behavior. Most of the students were from broken homes. They either only had one parent or none at all.  The narration here is rather simple and going from the point of view of the teacher, the text is rather easy to understand and feel. The text can be logically divided into a two parts. The key in the first part of the text is rather dry and unemotional. From the very beginning of the extract we see the description of the Friday morning, the “pre-recess” period. The author gives the headmaster a nickname – Old man. To describe the principal’s program our narrator uses such metaphor as “pet scheme”. From his next words we see the description of this “scheme” as a program in which “Each child would review the events of his school week in his own words, in his own way; he was free to comment, to criticise, to agree or disagree, with any person, subject or method”.
